Warehouse Manager – Industrial Manufacturing (ICAD, Abu Dhabi)We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse operations within a high-paced industrial environment. This role supports end-to-end supply chain and production continuity.Key Responsibilities:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Oversee daily warehouse activities: stock control, shipping, receiving, space planning.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of WMS, with hands-on use of Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure inventory accuracy, enforce FIFO, and monitor KPIs (OTIF, stock ageing, working capital).</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with internal stakeholders (quality, logistics, fabrication, construction) and external parties (OEMs, suppliers, authorities).</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Mitigate operational risks (HSE, theft, damage) and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Drive operational meetings, process optimization, and automation initiatives.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Train, coach, and manage warehouse staff to meet performance targets and adopt best practices.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment in alignment with business continuity goals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor’s degree; supply chain certifications (CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma) are a plus.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum 5 years in warehouse management, ideally in Oil &amp; Gas or heavy industry (UAE experience preferred).</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (IMS/WMS).</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).</li></ul>
