Role Overview: This senior position leads strategic financial planning and analysis, supporting top-level decision making and long-term business objectives. The role is responsible for aligning financial controls and investment strategies with overall corporate direction, coordinating closely with executive leadership, risk, and investment teams.<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Strategic Financial Planning: Directs the design and integration of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis processes to support organizational growth and operational excellence.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">Financial Controlling: Oversees the development, implementation, and ongoing review of internal financial controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation in line with IFRS and regional regulations.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Investment &amp; Portfolio Alignment: Partners with investment and portfolio management teams to synchronize financial planning with investment strategies, optimizing fund management and value creation.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Analysis &amp; Reporting: Leverages advanced financial modeling, data analytics, and ERP systems to analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinates with internal interfaces, including the CFO, CEO, Investment and Risk teams, and Technology departments, to drive effective financial decision-making. Externally, liaises with banking partners, regulatory authorities, auditors, vendors, investment counterparties, and consultants.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="6">Compliance &amp; Best Practices: Ensures all financial practices follow international and local standards, proactively managing emerging regulatory requirements impacting the business.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="7">Leadership: Offers senior-level guidance during financial transformation initiatives, fostering change leadership and effective stakeholder management throughout the organization.</li></ul>Scope includes providing strategic advisory to management, enhancing control frameworks, and ensuring the finance function advances business consulting capabilities for sustainable performance and risk management.
