Voor een gerenommeerde aannemer klasse 8 zijn wij op zoek naar een Aankoper Bouw. In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces en werk je nauw samen met projectteams om bouwprojecten optimaal te ondersteunen, van voorbereiding tot uitvoering.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Jouw verantwoordelijkheden</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop van bouwmaterialen, onderaannemingen en technische uitrustingen voor diverse bouwprojecten.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten om gerichte offerteaanvragen op te stellen.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vergelijken en evalueren van offertes op basis van prijs, kwaliteit, levertermijnen en contractvoorwaarden.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers om de beste commerciële en technische voorwaarden te bekomen.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Adviseren en ondersteunen van projectleiders bij aankoopbeslissingen gedurende de verschillende projectfasen.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame partnerships met leveranciers en onderaannemers en actief opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Meewerken aan raamcontracten, groepsaankopen en optimalisatieprojecten om het aankoopproces verder te professionaliseren.</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Rapporteren aan de operationele directie en nauw samenwerken met het aankoopteam.</li></ul><h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Jouw profiel</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je beschikt over een sterke bouwtechnische achtergrond, verworven via opleiding en/of relevante professionele ervaring.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je behaalde bij voorkeur een diploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je hebt ervaring binnen de algemene bouwsector, bijvoorbeeld als Aankoper, Projectleider, Werkvoorbereider, Calculator of in een gelijkaardige technische functie.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent vertrouwd met het analyseren en interpreteren van plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent communicatief sterk en een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor projectteams, leveranciers en onderaannemers.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je combineert een technische mindset met een commerciële ingesteldheid en sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen in een dynamische projectomgeving.</li></ul> null
