Voor een toonaangevende vastgoedontwikkelaar zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Project Developer die mee zijn of haar stempel wil drukken op ambitieuze vastgoedprojecten in en rond Hasselt en Limburg.Wil jij complexe vastgoedprojecten ontwikkelen, van de eerste conceptfase tot aan de vergunning, en daarbij samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders? Dan is dit misschien jouw volgende uitdaging.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">🎯 Jouw rol</h3>Als Project Developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van vastgoedprojecten zodra de acquisitie is afgerond. Je begeleidt het volledige traject van de verdere uitwerking van het project tot en met het verkrijgen van de nodige vergunningen en de voorbereiding van de realisatie.Je analyseert het ontwikkelingspotentieel en de rendabiliteit van projecten, voert markt- en locatieanalyses uit en vertaalt opportuniteiten naar sterke, haalbare vastgoedconcepten.Tijdens het volledige ontwikkelingsproces stuur je architecten, studiebureaus en andere externe partners aan. Je volgt vergunningsprocedures nauwgezet op en onderhoudt contacten met administraties en alle betrokken stakeholders.Daarnaast werk je intensief samen met collega's van technical, finance, legal, marketing en sales. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, budgetten en planning en zorgt ervoor dat projecten op een professionele en gestructureerde manier worden ontwikkeld.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">👤 Jouw profiel</h3><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je hebt 1 tot 10 jaar ervaring in vastgoedprojectontwikkeling.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je hebt ervaring met kwalitatieve en complexe vastgoedprojecten en kunt concrete realisaties voorleggen</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je hebt projecten zelfstandig begeleid van acquisitie tot het verkrijgen van de nodige vergunningen</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een economische, juridische, bouwkundige of vastgoedgerelateerde richting</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Een aanvullende opleiding in vastgoed of bijvoorbeeld een MRE is een plus</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent analytisch sterk en weet opportuniteiten te vertalen naar concrete en haalbare projecten</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent communicatief sterk en weet verschillende stakeholders met elkaar te verbinden</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent ambitieus, ondernemend en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid</li><li value="10" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je hebt een echte passie voor vastgoed en projectontwikkeling</li><li value="11" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent bereid om je sterk te engageren en denkt verder dan een klassieke 9-to-5 mentaliteit</li></ul>
