Vous avez une première expérience en HVAC et aimez comprendre le besoin technique d’un client pour lui proposer la bonne solution ?Pour renforcer son équipe en Wallonie, notre client recherche un(e) Inside Sales HVAC avec un intérêt marqué pour les centrales de traitement d’air.Vous rejoignez une entreprise active dans le secteur HVAC, au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, avec une vraie possibilité de contribuer au développement de l’activité en Wallonie.Le poste offre également une certaine flexibilité dans l’organisation des horaires et un environnement où l’autonomie et l’implication sont valorisées.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Votre rôle</h3>Vous êtes au cœur de la relation technique et commerciale avec les clients, avec un poste principalement orienté assistance technique et préparation des offres.Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à :<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Analyser les demandes clients et identifier leurs besoins techniques</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Préparer les offres commerciales et demandes de prix</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Sélectionner les produits et solutions HVAC adaptés</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Accompagner les clients dans leurs choix techniques</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Répondre aux nombreux leads entrants et assurer leur suivi</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Développer progressivement l’activité centrales de traitement d’air en Wallonie</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Participer ponctuellement à des rendez-vous clients sur le terrain lorsque cela est pertinent</li></ul>Le poste est principalement sédentaire, mais offre la possibilité de sortir sur le terrain et de rencontrer les clients.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Le profil recherché</h3>Nous recherchons surtout une personne capable de devenir rapidement autonome, avec une bonne compréhension des environnements HVAC.<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en HVAC</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">À l’aise avec les aspects techniques, la sélection de produits et la préparation d’offres</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Esprit pratique, organisé et orienté solutions</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Vous aimez le travail bien fait et allez au bout des choses</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Autonome, impliqué(e) et avec l’envie de faire avancer les dossiers</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Aucun diplôme spécifique n’est exigé : l’expérience et les compétences techniques comptent avant tout</li></ul>Une formation aux produits et aux solutions internes est bien entendu prévue.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3"> </h3>
