The role requires fluency in Russian for effective collaboration and test execution.<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Design, develop, and execute test cases for automated and manual testing.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing to verify software readiness.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Create and maintain automated test scripts for improved testing efficiency using tools such as Selenium or Cypress.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ensure every release meets strict quality standards and is production-ready.</li></ul>Key Experience &amp; Skills Required:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Professional background in QA testing (both manual and automated).</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium; Cypress preferred).</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong capability in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and cases.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Proficiency with bug tracking tools (such as JIRA or Trello).</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Understanding and practice of Agile Methodologies.</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Russian language fluency is mandatory.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience with front-end and back-end application testing.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Skill in API testing using Postman or REST Assured.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Familiarity with CI/CD tools and process automation.</li></ul>The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, involving a variety of impactful projects and competitive compensation.
